This Privacy Policy applies to the White Life Insights mobile application and related services operated by BRIK STUDIOS LIMITED (the “Service Provider”). It explains the Application’s privacy practices and how users can contact the Service Provider about privacy matters.
No personal information is collected through normal use.
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration and user accounts are not required.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as necessary to facilitate network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain that information or use it for tracking.
No precise location collection.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
No collected personal data is shared.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.
There is no personal-data retention period.
The Application does not collect or retain personal data through normal use. Accordingly, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for ordinary use of White Life Insights.
No application-held personal data needs deletion.
Because the Application does not collect or store personal data through normal use, there is no application-held personal data to delete from the Service Provider’s systems.
Uninstalling the Application removes the Application from your device. If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider and provide information outside normal app use, you may request deletion of that information by emailing support@brikstudios.space.
Children’s privacy.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, it does not retain children’s personal data through ordinary app use.
A minimal-data approach.
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, exposure of application-held personal information is minimized. No security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it may hold outside normal app use.
Updates will be published here.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy with a revised effective date. Where applicable law requires consent for a change, the Service Provider will seek it before the relevant processing takes effect.
